New Patients Welcome to our family.

We ask that all of our patients’ first visits are scheduled in advance so we can make sure we have all of the information we need for the visit. It’s important to us that we provide all of the time you need to talk with the vets and our team about your pet’s needs and your concerns.

It is also important for us to have your pet’s previous medical records in advance of their first visit so our veterinarians can review these and understand where your pet is, medically. If you need our team to contact your former veterinarian, please let us know right away.

Please fill out a new client form online to save time at your appointment. We also ask that our new clients bring in copies of your new client form when you arrive for your visit. Your Pet's First Visit

What To Expect

At your pet’s first visit, you can expect the following:

Conversation with our veterinarian to discuss your pet’s lifestyle and needs

A photograph taken of your pet for their medical record

We love taking photos of our patients so that we can get that printed on their rabies certificate. This is also a great way for us to get to know our patients personally, when their cute faces are at the top of their medical charts!

We will be glad to give you a personal tour, showing you all the behind-the-scenes areas of our hospital, and introducing you to the team members who will be committed to your pet’s care.
