Heartwood Animal Hospital’s COVID-19 Action Plan
COVID-19 PROTOCOL UPDATES:
As we continue to care for your pets during these unprecedented times, our number one priority is the safety of you, your pets, and the Heartwood Animal Hospital Team. We will continue to provide curbside services exclusively through May 29th. However, we are very excited to announce that effective June 1st, we will be welcoming our clients into our building again, and our doors will remain unlocked during business hours. We will have social distancing stickers on the floor for check-in and check-out. We ask that when in our waiting rooms or exam rooms that you continue to maintain social distance from our staff and other clients in the building. We understand the need to be with your pets during your visit, and we certainly miss seeing you over the past year.
We want to take every precaution to make sure you, your pets, and our team are safe, so that we can stay open to care for your pets. Masks are required and must be worn properly and regardless of vaccination status if you choose to be in the hospital during your pet's exam. Due to the size of our exam rooms, we are limiting the number of people in the building with your pet(s) to two people.
We have developed relationships with many of you over the years and we feel a deep responsibility to provide you with compassionate care for your pets, so we can't wait to have you back in the building!
We will continue to reassess how to best operate during the pandemic as new information is made available and, in the meantime, we thank you for your support and look forward to seeing you all once again starting June 1st!
